Milan
Italy · 42 zones
Milan is split by the Italian tax agency's property market observatory (OMI) into zones, from the historic centre inside the canals to the outer suburbs. Twice a year OMI publishes a rent range per m² for ordinary flats in each zone, based on observed contracts and listings. The figures below are the midpoint of that range for flats in normal condition, second half of each year. Milan is Italy's most expensive city to rent, and rents have risen fast since 2020.
