About
imowiki is an open encyclopedia of where to live: parishes, neighborhoods and, soon, individual buildings.
Where the data comes from
Rents are medians of new lease contracts published by Portugal's national statistics office, INE (source). We don't use listing prices, which are usually higher than what people actually pay.
Neighborhood descriptions are written by the imowiki team and improved with residents' reviews and corrections.
Reviews
Anyone can leave a review without an account. Every review is read before it is published. We remove personal attacks, personal data, advertising and fake content.
