About the information

Rent figures come from official statistics (Statistics Portugal – INE, and the Generalitat de Catalunya). They describe new lease contracts in past periods and are averages or medians, not offers or valuations. Monthly costs are estimates (rent per m² × size). Real listings vary. Check before you sign anything.
